Little Ovierto

Ovierto was my absolute favorite city in Italy. On our route to Florence we drove through Tuscany which consisted of rolling hills and small stone houses. We drove up this little hill to find a tiny city with a church overlooking all of tuscany. This was my favorite city because it was not touristy. All the streets were made of stone and all the locals were so sweet living their quaint life. Every restaurant was small but very cute and the streets were lined with boutiques. As we strolled the streets we turned to see a huge ornate church with kids singing in Italy right outside. If I could I would live there, this was my true home away from home. This spontaneous stop was definitely worth the time and the drive through tuscany is so mystical.
